Red Yeast Rice:

Has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine for cardiovascular health.

Bioflavonoids:

A subclass of Citrus flavonoids, scientific studies show besides antioxidant action that bioflavonoids also help to manage cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Resveratrol:

An antioxidant which is found in red wine and is associated with anti-aging properties. Resveratrol is also credited with the explanation of the so-called “French paradox” (good cholesterol levels despite high saturated fat diets).

Polycosanols:

I have had high cholesterol for a number of years but didn't want to take statins because of the side effects.
